Free, as-is, no warranty. PrisonBaLL is two free browser games in early access, made by Angry Marius Games. They are provided as they are, with no guarantee that they work, keep working, or keep your data.
Fiction. Every crew, inmate, name and face in both games is fictional. Any resemblance to real people or institutions is coincidental.
No real-money gambling. Money in these games is virtual. There is nothing to win and nothing to cash out.
Your save is yours. It lives in your browser, not on our servers, unless you sign in to optional cloud sync in Manager Mode. We can neither read nor restore a local save.
Advertising. Sponsor banners can be bought through the Advertiser Hub and are shown inside matches. Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card details.

Local storage. Both games store everything in your own browser. Nothing here is sent anywhere:
Optional analytics. If you accept, we load Google Analytics to count page views and see which screens people reach. If you decline, it is never loaded at all. You can change your mind at any time in the Privacy Center below.
Optional cloud sync. Manager Mode can back a career up to Firebase using an email and password you choose. Only then do we hold anything about you, and you can delete it from inside the game.
Advertisers. Buying a banner stores the campaign, your contact email and the payment status with Stripe and Firebase, so the banner can be approved and shown.
